Heaven Scent….
In our post Brexit World, it’s more important than ever to realize the life we aspire too and an English woman’s home is her castle. Our homes reflect who we are and they play a big part in how we feel, rest and recover.
Our relationship with our home is symbiotic, it’s a living biome, filled to the brim, like us, with microbes we can’t even see; each zinging their own little frequency – whether good or bad. That’s why some houses have a lovely vibe and some do not.
Our homes reflect who we are and they play a big part in how we feel, rest and recover.
Yet, unfortunately and all too frequently, we innocently destroy all the healthy stuff and create imbalance, making us vulnerable to disease, unease and viruses. Why? Because the adverts promote an unnatural, sterile environment that can only be achieved through the use of toxic cleaning products. These products can’t distinguish what are good germs and which are bad, they’re harmful to the environment and to ourselves. Sixty percent of what we touch goes into our blood supply, as does everything we smell, which actually goes initially directly into our brains influencing our neuro chemistry!
I am all about harmonising and improving that relationship through the use of essential oils. They not only release tantalising aromas, they offer an unbeatable cleaning experience coupled with a natural, safe uplift. Because they are comprised solely of plant essences, they work alongside nature, exterminating that which is a threat and enhancing all that is wonderful.

Essential Oils are not a new invention, usage goes back to the beginning of civilisation. We in the West lost our knowledge of how to use them in the Middle Ages, courtesy of the power play between religion and money. In the East, they are an ordinary part of life and it’s more than time we rediscovered their prowess. In terms of our environment, this “a volte face” can’t come quick enough and we individually need to all do whatever we can to protect our natural world.
I teach a series of workshops designed to empower you to become more self-sufficient by making your own products, whether that be for cleaning or beauty and more. Please visit my websiteto find out more or simply for the pleasure of reading more about this kind of return to natural living.
