Why not offer yourself a few moments this evening and on Saturday and Sunday morning and simply sit with yourself, connect with your breath and ask this question 'what do I need in this moment, this morning or today?' 

It could be to jump on the mountain bike and race through the countryside or it might be satisfy your creative flare with a project at home, perhaps swim like dolphins with the kids or simply sit for a while at home and rest.

Job change, end of a relationship, global crises, shifts in family dynamics, death of a pet and so on can fall under the emotions of grief.

Finding the pause! I don't know about you but lif Finding the pause!

I don't know about you but life often seems full and busy. Perhaps too much so. 

I gently challenge you today or maybe this week, to see how and when you might be able to take a pause during your day. Find the pause and connect with the body and the breath.

A few ideas would be while drinking a coffee, while waiting for a meeting to start, at the traffic lights or waiting in a queue.

Why not spend 10 minutes with a coffee and unsubscribe yourself from emails you don't want. 

Clean out those emails that cause low level irritation, clog up your in box and make you feel pressured. 

Take just for 10 minutes put your full attention behind this one task and see how you feel at the end. (I bet it will be a good result!)

Burn out is a very real symptom of the pandemic. Burn out is a very real symptom of the pandemic. 

"As a business owner in the events sector, the last couple of years have been particularly tough – our sector was one of the few that was legally ‘closed’ but surprisingly unsupported by any of the specific industry financial packages. This left me, and many others, scrabbling around trying to innovate to pay the wages and keep things rolling until covid restrictions started to lift and our industry could re-ignite. As restrictions did lift, we faced a huge mountain of work but with significantly less people to achieve it and as such burn out has become very real to many in our industry."
