Come and find the pause
Join me for small group classes where you will learn robust yet gentle mindfulness techniques to help navigate life’s ups and downs. All class series are 6 weeks during which time you will be introduced to the foundations of mindfulness, core skills and a variety of different practices – both inside and outside – that can be adapoted into life at home and work.
Whether you’re looking to change gears in your busy life or to address specific feelings that bother you, this training of the mind will beneift you immensely.
Please come dressed in easy, comfortable clothes with some water and a blanket for warmth.
